Univ of Florida has discontinued its Two-Year Internationally-Educated Dentist Program (IEDP) from June 2009. It says so at their website http://www.dental.ufl.edu/offices/Education/IEDP/

If you have time, look at ADA.org website to find all dental schools (univ) in the US. Go to the school site and see if they offer international dentistry. Please point out what needs to be updated in the above attachment lists.
